July Misc.

Besides being hot, hotter and sweltering hot July was a fun month. We spent the month going to summer movies, library storytime, playgroup, and swimming. Lots and lots of swimming. Here are some random pictures of our month.

July was the month of tooth fairy visits.

Lily lost her first tooth on the 9th in the morning, and her second tooth that same afternoon.

Kobe, not to be outdone by his little sister, lost his 3rd tooth the very next day on the 10th.

And he lost his 4th tooth on the 26th. Now they are both sporting big toothless grins! At this rate the tooth fairy will go bankrupt.

Jaxon has made amazing strides on his independence in the swimming pool. At the beginning of the month he had to be holding on to something all the time. He wears a life vest, of course, but he had to have a floating ring, or me to hold onto. Over the course of the month he went from being attached to something/someone to swimming around the pool on his own with just a life jacket to jumping off the side of the pool by himself, to jumping off the diving board at Grandma and Grandpa's pool. It's pretty impressive and Jaxon is sooo happy to be able to do his own thing at the pool. And I love having my hands free!

Silly Lily 

Justin and the kids wanted an adventure without having to go anywhere so they set up the camping tent in our living room, which took up every inch of floor space, and camped out for the night. I slept in my nice, cozy, soft bed.

July ended with my brother, Ron's family stopping in for a night on their way to their new home in AZ! We are so excited to finally be only an hour away from family!
