Happy Birthday Lilian!

My baby is all grown up! Lily turned two last week, why does time go by so fast?  In the past two years she's gone from this

to this:

She is quite the personality! We love Lilian and she sure does keep life exciting. Some things about Lilian you may or may not know:

• Lily loves to give hugs and kisses.
• She loves to make people laugh
• One of her favorite things to do is sing. Her most requested songs are "EIEIO" or Old MacDonald had a farm, Little Bunny Foo-Foo, and Follow the Prophet.
• She teases Kobe relentlessly by taking the toys he's playing with.  Not because she wants to play with the toys, but because she wants to see his reaction.
• She talks a ton.  She says a lot of words and  is even putting several words together. Some things she says a lot are "Mommy, where are you?" "Where'd daddy go?" "I don't know." "okay." "huh" She is constantly saying new things and it is always amazing to watch how quickly she picks up on things.
• She loves her brother! 
• At her 2-year checkup she was 26 lbs 11oz (55th%), 35 inches (80th%), and her head was in the 10th% 
• Her favorite foods are pizza, chicken nuggets, noodles of any kind, and any type of fruit
• Lily loves to wrestle and be tickled by daddy, she is definitely a rough and tumble kind of gal.

We love our Lily bug and we had a fun day celebrating her special day.  

We went to McDonald's for lunch for happy meals and play time.

After naps we did a bit of shopping and then went home for dinner (pigs in blankets) and then the real fun stuff, presents and cake!

Isn't this an adorable hat and scarf? It's a little to big, but she'll grow into it. Grandma Hooker crocheted it for her.  She also got a my little pony and a pretty Christmas dress from Grandma and Grandpa Hooker. While she was opening their presents we were able to skype them so they could join in the fun!

From Grandma and Grandpa Hubbard she got a new puzzle and book and music CD and a Princess Book with it's own movie projector!

Kobe gave Lily a Care Bear DVD. And from Mommy and Daddy she got a new baby doll and a doll swing/carseat/highchair combo and a stroller.

She was really spoiled and loved all of her presents!

Since Lily wouldn't tell me what kind of cake she wanted I found an idea online that I thought she might like. It never turns out quite like the one I'm copying, but I thought it turned out pretty good considering I was just looking at a picture and there weren't any directions.
