Last Friday, Justin and I drove 16 hours to Des Moines, Iowa so we could find a place to live. Over the next three days we drove around the city, read the classifieds, and searched the listings online to find homes and apartments for rent. We set up a ton of appointment and when all was said and done we toured around 20 apartments, duplexes and homes. It was an exhausting weekend, much of which was spent in the car....but it was all worth it. We found a home we love that will be perfect (well close to perfect) for our family. I could tell you all about it, but instead I'll post pictures so you can see for yourself!
